in his book..the great depression of 1990...ravi batra posed that a "warrior society" would emerge following a great depression in the 1990s...and when i first read the book..it sounded like science fiction to me too...the depression didnt happen..but it looks like batra was right about the warriors taking over...

your comments will be appreciated...thx...

Maybe I should pick up that book..do the good guys win in the end? PNAC and FEMA plus an incompetent government do indeed equate to some pretty scary sounding shit.

So his prediction was wrong, yet you still try to adjust the non-matching data? Why the need to apologize for his failure?

only his prediction about the depression was wrong...but apparently he was right about what would happen later on..and he never gave a date for that...

A prediction without a date is not prophetic. "An asteroid will hit the earth." I must have an amazing ability to peer into the future.

Warriors have ruled much of mankind since civilization began. Nothing new in that.

a prediction with a date is bound to wrong..thats why the depression failed to materialize...but he did give a time frame in terms of the length of the last great depression..which still pins the military dictatorship to the present time...
