Is this a good idea for first time trippers...

I was thinking about writing my self a note before hand and having my friend do the same for him self.

basically the note would say

"you are alive, have a good time, relax, it's just a drug"

I always write a note and put it on my fridge saying "Relax its only the shrooms you big pussy"

I always like to have a note just in case the mushrooms turn out to be a lot stronger than I expect.

i think it wouldn't be that bad of an idea, maybe just use it as a comfort. as for me, the first time i did shrooms it was with my 2 friends. needless to say, we were all tripping, but i said the most sensible of the group. it's the same way when we smoke cannabis.
it's morning time now, have you tripped yet or are you planning on it?
