Homie has been getting supplies for a glovebox and has everything he needs. He also has a cheap hepa filter from wally world that would fit in it to make it a pressurized glovebox. Should he set it up that way or just one with no air?
He plans on doing mostly grain to grain and possibly in the future some agar work.
Homie is still learning about gloveboxes and flowhoods so please be patient with his questions.

I personally don't see any downfall to putting it in your glovebox if you have the room, in fact it will most definately keep contams out of the air.
The person I'd want advice from would be Hyphae if I were you.

I attached a Sears Hepa to my glove box with a length of dryer hose and it works great. I can do g2g and agar work with near zero contams without having to choke on Lysol and Oust fumes.

I agree plumbing it into your glovebox leaves you alot more room. Putting a HEPA inside will not create a pressurized GB BTW, I personally like the pressurized GB design with the air blowing out the armholes allowing me much more freedom of arm movement. In a sealed GB a HEPA would work just fine inside as long as you have the room.

I used a closet once setup a nice little lab trouble was all the shit that was in there ended up in the bedroom that pissed off the GF then I ended up dumping her as she was getting in the way of my sterile culture technique! Ya I got priorities too!!!"
