this should apply to mental and physical improvement

getting outside and enjoying nature is an awesome thing. it makes exercise an enjoyable pastime imo.

im always moving and by the time i meet people that know of good hikes and places too see its time to move usually. i just want to post some sources of info that i have found usefull to annie and i.

1st i found a state trail site that is nice. it gives trail descriptions , best time of year to visit etc. im sure most states and or regions have such things. they allow you to see what other people really liked to hike and you can have great hikes all the time! the one i found for az is http://hikearizona.com/ . the pics alone are a great help.

also some other sites that have trails and info. usually under {recreation} after your pick the state

if you type in [list state park and your state] into a search engine usually a page will show up that works for you

also i have found that on http://www.topozone.com/default.asp
you can print the whole web page of a trail, might have to tape a few trimmed pages togethor, and have a nice topo map to help you follow the trail. esp if you cant afford a topo map.

anyway i think getting outdoors and dayhiking, sight seeing and backpacking are all good things for our souls

i imagine most other countries have such resources available online too

o almost forgot http://gorp.away.com/index.html has some good info, but you have to sift through some advertising to find it

good vibes

I was originally going to say donkey ass, but it does appear to look more like a monkey ass. Not that I've had many encounters with either....
