Doomed Jars

Lasts Friday a foaf's friendly frog who lives at the bottom of the garden, inoculated 7 jars. By Sunday the first signs of germination could be seen. By Tuesday the mycelium becomes a white transparent colour around the edges and a gray colour in the centre. All jars are the same except one but I don't hold out much hope for it. CONTAMINATED!
I used what I thought were good sterile procedures, same as always. The only thing that I did different was to make my own syringes instead of buying them.
Do you think the spores could have been contaminated while preparing the syringes or could it have happened somewhere else down the line?
Your thoughts will be apprecieated as this is my foaf's frog's first contam batch!

If none of your other jars are contaminated, then it must have been something down the line with that jar. Shit happens
