aborts need help

I need help with getting rid of an abort that is in a cluster of fruits and I don't want to disrupt the rest of the fruits.I was thinking about cutting it out but am woryed about what I cant get rotting and fucking every thing up .What do you guys think I should do to get rid of the little bastard. First abort in about a year and forgot what to do ,if I pull it out the other pins well follow.
