Another question

Should I leave the tinfoil on while they colonize or can i take it off and expose the holes? I have the 1 inch layer of verm on the top

Leave it on AND stop picking up the damn jars evry 2 hours to see if it has any more growth good god be patient(I was there once or twice myself)
