Mutant Mushy's
    #3258330 - 10/20/04 11:37 PM (12 years, 8 months ago)

Check out these pics.

Can anyone tell me why 25% of this batch are mutated?
It's like some of them are growing inside out, some have 2 stems, some have no stem and an insideout cap, crazy wierd shit.

Gulf Coast, i got the spores from what i picked in FLA.
I have been groing these for 6 months, I have seen a few mutants b4, but not like this, at least 25% are all wierd.

I am wondering if there still good? and how I can prevent this from happening in the future?

Theyll be fine. Did you use alot of lysol? Bleach? Any chemicals other then h202? UV light? Perhaps because its a wild print.

It looks like a verticillium infection to me. They should be ok to eat.

Out of 4 casings, I did one in a seethru tupperware tub and the mushies were a bit weird in that one. I didn't cover it with anything and I think they got all confused as to which way was up. They grew all bendy, some flattened out, and some straight down into the bottom layer. hehehe.

That's a big myths. I mean about the nuclear plant. The radiation from nuclear plant is far less than normal radiation from sun and radioactive decay outside the shields.

Sorry.. job related for me... had to say that.

yeah, as long as the structure stays in place to contain the horrid byproducts, possible meltdown due to "terror" attacks, and then launch the stuff into the sun afterwards in a hyper-powered ship... we will be just fine.

And then there is getting the uranium in the first place, but who cares just a bunch of drunken Indians live there anyway...

I hear the water from the cooling in a nuclear power plant is less radioactive than beer.
