Resterilizing Syrnges ???

Would it be better to place directly in the water of a PC or submerged in a qt.jar , needles attached or separate ? Any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated , thanks ^_^

wrap in foil and place in an empty quart jar. dont put water in the jar.
