Since some posts were deleted I thought I'd go ahead and repost. I didn't get a chance to read all the replies before, anyways. I started my jars last night, tonight I inoculate them. I've read all the info possible and I've read alot of posts, especially the ones with all the great tips. I hope my babies come out great. I was just asking everyone to wish me luck....because I'm gonna need it! :smirk:

I'm doing the cambodian strain

I finished up last night. Now, I'm just waiting.
I'm thinking of doing 12 more jars...I have enough stuff to do several dozen!
