I know this isn't really an entheogen, but I have read up on milk thisle and it seems pretty interesting. Anyone know anything about this herb?

Milk Thisle and Gotu Kola are good combos. I don't believe in a daily regimen, but i normally add just 60% black pekoe and a homogenous mix of GT and MT for the remaining 40. Add sugar and it's fine. Have that every few days instead of straight tea.

I used to add 1 or 2 teaspoons of the ground seed to my breakfast smoothie. That was before the kava/liver-controversy was solved.

If you check, gdman, I think you'll find they're doing some interesting things with silymarin supplements to make it more bioavailable then just milk thistle extract. At least, this is what I've gotten from my reading. A lot of people with Hepatitis C use MT or derivatives. Kava? What does that do? And, Happy Birthday, gdman. You better get your fzucked-uppedness thang on, tonyte.
