circle of mushrooms ID please

i found these yesterday while i was out and about, and was wondering what they are. im not sure what kind of tree stump they're fruiting on, which would help but...anyway id appreciate any help!

It appears that they are some species of Coprinus, Ink Caps. You can tell by the way they turn into black goo when they get old. Not active, not worth eating.

i could be wrong, but those don't look like any coprinus that i've seen before.

Are any of them turning to black goo? If they are, then they are Coprinus. If not, then give us a good description and maybe we can determine what they are.
