It's not going to kill your flush... And looking at them to check on them, I think is a must. But maybe every couple of days. I checked my jars every few hours for first few days. Couldn't wait. But I wrapped the jars well in the aluminium foil and sealed the rest of the jars well from light, except 3. I looked at those 3 and rest were kept in the dark for last 3 days of incubation. 1 day after dunk/coldshock/birth, they were fuzzy all over. 2 days after, tons of hyphae. 3days later.. more hyphae and a lot of hyphae are now surrounded by even more fuzz.
The 2 fo the 3, I did keep checking on are still sitting there growing a some fuzz. They seem a bit more content growing mycelium... 3rd one is keeping up with others. I think, next time, i'm just going to case the ones I look at. Should be better that way so I can cut down on the incubation time on the casing.
Keep your incubation temp a bit higher. like 82-85. It'll help with coldshocking.
something to note... I made some burma jars before the GT and I packed it slightly. They are still incubating. And the mycelium on them are so thick, I'd think they'd have to be fruiting already. I check on them daily and what do you know... No invitro. I think the high temperature is keeping the little buggers from poking out.
Man, this post got away from me. Okay, just to recap... It won't kill your flush, but you'll have a lot better and faster result if you keep your pin triggering mechanisms available to you. Use optimum, but as far as light... try your best.

Moving them is not a concern, light and temp do make a difference though. 79-82F. sounds great, respect of your babies and they treat you with respect when you dose. I'm not saying it will kill your flushes they just will not reach their full potential is all.

awesome sam thanks for clearing that up I know exactly what your talking about now. But now: 1. Is invitro the beginning of this phase? 2. Is heat the Pin triggering mechanism or light??

No, invitro is when you let(or it just happens) it pin in the jars. If you keep the jars around 70F and in light like the Tek says, you'll get them eventually. It's not very practical in most poster's view now, because 1. it's waste of water/nute, 2. you should never dunk with pins, so no dunk/coldshock, and 3. the procedure to get there isn't ideal condition for colonization and goes against pinning strategies.
And according to Hyphae and Magash, 4 pin triggering mechanisms are:
1. Presence of light. 2. Gas Exchange(Drop in CO2 and increase in O2) 3. Temperature drop. 4. Lack of substrate to colonize.
In nature, think of dung. It's optimized over time by evolution. It colonizes the inside where it's nice and warm and no air exchange. Then it pokes through the top layer of dung and then voila! Fresh air, lots of O2, low CO2, cooler temperature and some light! Those mycelium that used these signals survived and those still confused after it made through never dropped their spores. Natural selection to those most well tuned to these signals.
Man.. I really need to keep my posts shorter... Anyways, hope that answers your questions..
