how long to wait after 100% view colonisation

How long do I have to wait after a jar is all colonised (on view; perhaps not inside) to case?? I gonna use the simple vermiculite case. Thanx!

I?d say a few more days, lets say 25% of the time that passed from innoculation till visible colonisation.
