Casing surgery?
    #3246576 - 10/12/04 10:08 AM (12 years, 1 month ago)

I have a small amount of cobweb and green mold in my casing, can someone point me to a thread with proper casing surgery techniques, I can't find one.

it's really best to toss it, if you can see green on the surface
the contaminated area is larger than you think

people have tried cutting it out and filling the open area with
salt, some have reported it to have worked, my opinion... review
your techniques and try and determine where you left an opening
for the contamination...

No way I am tossing my casing it looks way too good to get rid of just from a few contams...I cut them out and nailed the spots with H202 lets see if that helps.
