Success!!
    #3242366 - 10/11/04 11:37 AM (12 years, 2 months ago)

WOOHOO!!  Okay so great things happened this week. I've been riding my bike to the gym every other day and doing really well w/ a cardio and strength training mix.

I met a guy who is awesome. Really... awesome. He's inspired me to work harder at the gym.

I hopped on the scale today at the gym and lost 2 pounds in a week!!!! I'm thrilled!!!

So familiar and overwhelmingly warm
This one, this form I hold now.
Embracing you, this reality here,
This one, this form I hold now, so
Wide eyed and hopeful.
Wide eyed and hopefully wild.

The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity. ~ Albert Einstein

Cross training is K3Y, especially weight bearing excerise mixed with intense cardio. The GR8er the muscle to fat ratio the more efficiently your body utilizes/burns calories, way to go

I love to work out. I have develeoped a specific training schedule and routine for myself. I go to the gym everyday and on the weekends. I end up spending 5 or 6 hours there. Cardiovascular and weights. Feeling good. Got to get back in shape so I can go back to work. Thumbs up on working out.
