I'm a factory worker with a bad case of CTS in my left hand with pain all the way up to my shoulder. Anyone know of some good therapy or treatments?.. I'm wearing a splint at night, ibuprofen, ice packs, vitamin B6. I've checked the web..full of ideas. Want to know of personal experiences.
How're those working for you? I've been taking Glucosamine and Chondroiton daily, which helps from day-to-day, and general wrist stretching. Complete stopping of the source activity is ideal. I've got it at the age of 20 from using computers constantly- as a composition tool they're invaluable but repetative movements are unavoidable. I've done my best to stop using my right hand (the afflicted one) but it impedes my abilities to the point where I give up out of frustration and the slowness' affect on inspiration. a splint at night is a great idea I should try. Best wishes & good luck
