Well the subject heading pretty much says it all. I just had a low dose of shrooms and some good buds, I'm in my room with the surround sound speakers I have on my computer cranked with the bass on max and it is the coolest experience, especially if you lie down in the middle of the room with your eyes closed. The bass really feels like it's flowing through my body - quite awesome. Another question - what's a few good/popular Pink Floyd songs to look out for? I've never really listened to him before and everyone on this board seems to love him.

Sounds like an awesome system. I love doing that type of shit. Just locking my self in my room and getting really comfortable while cranking my favorite tunes. Almost every pink floyd song rules. I would try the ones already mentioned as well as these: Pow R. Toc H. Bike Jug Band Blues Sysyphus Atom Heart Mother Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast One of The Days Shine On You Crazy Diamond (I-X) Dogs The Wall (album) I have this daydream every now and again in which I'm sitting in the most comfortable chair in the world in a darkend room with a state of the art surround sound system cranking "Echoes". I go on this amazing journey starting in the bottom on the ocean and steadily progressing into outerspace and beyond the infinite. The moment in which the song climaxes and those awesome chords come crashing down all around me is when I blast off into a worm hole and end up on the other side of the galaxy (it happens about 18 minutes into the song). God I love that song! Right now i'm listening to this bootleg Darkside set from 1972. The version of "On The Run" on this album is awesome and way different than the studio version. The Great Gig In the Sky is much different as well. It doesn't even have the women singing. Anyway I'm rambling so I'll stop now.
