Yeah, that's definately a weilii. Those mushrooms take on so many forms it's not even funny. I've seen them looking like cyans, azures, libs, and Ps. atlantis. Psilocybe weilii is almost like a finger print: no two are the exact same. All of them look different, but grow from the same habitat and have the same smell/brusing/spore print/etc.
