my girlfriend got me into a lot of these techniques. it's sort of a combination of the things mentioned above.

i like to do about 20-30 minutes of aerobic exercise. i like jogging and walking, but do whatever aerobic exercise suits you. i follow that up by taking a bath in warm or hot water. just sit there and soak with your eyes closed and do some deep breathing. it also helps tolisten to music while in the tub. my girlfirend has got me listening to Enya. Enya makes some good music for relaxing to. i also like to have candles lit and the lights out when i'm bathing.

bath instead of shower as often as you can. it helps slow you down on those stressful days.

also try drinking some relaxing herbal teas.
