I just found some Amanita Muscaria today. Not sure if I'll try em though.

I don't think so Borealis. It's missing the white patches of universal veil remnants on the cap. Its possible that these could have been washed off by rain, but what I see in the photo does not suggest A. gemmata.

It looks like a death cap to me.

I was with MJShroomer and he identified it. There were three others like you describe, but this was a baby.

It is A. gemmata. I was there as Borealis says. There were several specimens. at first i tyhought it was a Stropharia and then noticed the vulva and saw the other specimens a foot away. they waere warty and are A. gemmata.
