Purple Gold or Purple Pooh?

i found them in the woods area of this park called Mundy Park in a city near Vancouver.  They all bruised purple and are all..well purple. How do these look?  Thanks in advance :smile:

They look like Cortinarius, a genus which is known for having some deadly toxins. At least I think that's what they are...

I'm with Gumby. Those look like typical specimens of Cortinarius, subgenus Sericeocybe. A spore print should make things obvious. Cortinarius have rusty brown spore prints.

Identification of Cortinarius to species is *very* difficult for most of them.
