Honey water tek with gourmet mushrooms?

I'm wondering if anyone out there has successfully used honey water tek or other sugar waters for oyster and lion's mane (from culture not spores) without an Eberach stirrer or other constant stirring device (can't afford one). If so could he/she tell me how they did it? I've tried once and failed. Thanks.

Have tried it and most of the time it worked ...
I took an old infusion bottle - they have a self healing lid - and sterilized some agar in them.
Then I grew some clean mycelium on the agar.
After that I just added sterilized dextrose water to the bottle (with a syringe).
After the mycelium grew in that water I have inoculated some jars with corn.

Here a pic from some mycelium growing in the infusion bottle:


And here you can see how to get the new mycelium from the bottle:


And that is how the jars that are going to be inoculated look like:


The recipe for the dextrose water I use is like this one:

- 500 ml h20
- 20 g dextrose
- 1 g yeast
