How do I make a spore syringe without contamination? If in making one can I only make enough to innoculate the substrate I have on hand and not able to store the extra fluid with the spores? If anyone has a site with this info I'd be greatful. I used distilled h2o and a sterile syringe (hopefully) but the contaminates are originating from the water somehow and I suspect it's the container I used to hold the water and the sporess I scraped into it. I'm very dissappointed with myself but I will figure it out. I only have so many spores to work with! Thanks guys/gals.

Everything has to be sterilized first. The water, the vessel you are doing it in, the syringe and needle and instrument you are using to scrape with.
