For a long time my whole personality changed so often id constantly be looking back on myself and feeling ashamed. I seem to have solidified/balanced out a bit now though and my personality is a bit more stable.
Dont get to attached to your beliefs, no matter how evident they seem to you, they are still just beliefs, and as soon as a more functional, empowering belief comes along, its out with the old in with the new
For older people (like swami) the personality/view of life is far more solidified, and thus foundational, deep change is very very difficult.
This has both positive and negative sides
and dont take the old thing badly swami you obviously still keep it krunk, rock on

i find it interesting how some people cannot be told - they have to fuck up on their own to learn something (i'm like this). others have enough sense to see the error of an action and don't have to endure the experience.
