Kuji,Mikkyo,and other jappanese spiritual practice

Im looking for material on Kuji-kiri and Kuji-In.I would like to learn these spiritual practices for my self developement.Any links books or sources would be appreciated. thanks.

Its a form of Buddhism and Shintoism and other Japanese spiritual practice.I think it deals with manipulating ones own Ki throughout ones body, states of mind, chanting, meditating.it has roots coming from Tibet, India, and china. I cant really say more than that because i don't really know that much to talk about.
