what now??? help me please

okay, so i followed the MMGG and have just cased some cambo's and south americans with 50-50. i'm using perlite for humidity and the casing pretty much totally colonized two days ago. can you guys please walk me through what i have to do next. i know i have to be patient, but how do i get them to start pinning? what temp/humidity should the chamber be at? do i have to do anything once they start to pin (like fan them or something)? when do i pick them? and do i just pull the damn thing out? as you can see, i pretty much need a walkthrough of what to do to have edible mushrooms...any help is greatly appreciated. and thanks for reading this long ass piece of shit

lower your temp a little then yes it is a good idea to keep fanning the pins will start soon and after the cap splits from the vail pull it out some people use scissors but no need to have to in the holes from picking put a little caseing material in the hole
