mycobag perfection?

a few questions about mycobags, they are going to be put in a box after inoculation... questions

In the box itself,Should there be any
1.light?
2.moisture?
3.heat
4.air flow?
5. should bag be opened during the fruiting process?
6. if there are mutiple kinds of strains in one environment, can it cause any contam problems?

#1 No.
#2 Depends, I do use moisture when doing bags because of the filter patches they can have a tendency to dry out on top somewhat.
#3 Yes 82-84F. is optimum.
#4 Not necessary in short NO.
#5 Again depends on whether your growing invitro or not. If your going to case them then yes I have cased closed the bag back up and incubated for a few more days then initiated pinning as well as cut the bag down to 3/4"-1" above the casing level.
#6 No.
