Transporting cakes?

What special concerns would there be for transporting fully colonized cakes (in the jar)? Just inoc'ed cakes? We're talking automobile, and say a 45 minute trip. A fried of mine said he would care for some jars for me, and I was wondering if a car ride would shake things up (pun intended ;)>) too much. Standard PF style substrate, and the jars are headed for invitro so I wouldn't have to worry about pinning in colonized jars while I was gone.
