paper towel?

Is a wet paper towel efficient in keeping a terrarium such as a bucket or tupperware at high humidity levels if replaced often enough?

No I dont believe that would be good enough  to hold rh stable enough for your ter.

no matter how often u replace the wet paper towel it will never be able to sustain 90%rh which is the minimum needed for good fruiting.

It says in this Pf tek http://www.fungifun.org/pf/fruiting.htm that it would work, that's why I'm asking.
