Foil Print

I recently took my fist print, and all i had was foil. I was just wondering how i would get it off into the jar.. do i just throw the piece in there and shake? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Scrape it off with a sterile instrument.

If I were you I would use 2 straight edged razors. Scrape the print off w/ one then scrape the spores off the razor with the other razor. And use a shot glass. Squirt a few cc's into the shot glass before putting the spores in then do the rest and suck up.
