Need help QUICKLY by a decent web artist!!!!!!!

if there is someone that would help my out by making a simple 3d text box i would very much apreciate it!!

some shading /highlghting is ok. ive tried paint, and my old photoshop, but the text looks flat and uninteresting.
this is the final graphic i need for my new site, so i am kinda waiting on this one to upload my custom graphics
