a bit lost with procedure

this is the thing, one casin 50/50 tek, one jar invitro growing, with a top of 50/50 tek casing.
there stay in a terrarium, at 26 gcelcius, for 12 days. the casing on top of the jar is fully colonized, the casing in the tray is 50 % colonizade. in the bottom of the terrarium there are a bit of perlite, i dont know what is the humidity level, the walls of the aquarium are half wet, not driping.
is this rigth?
now i down temperature to 21 22 gcelcius, is rigth?
what i do with humidity? take out perlite?
if i use a fish bubler, how i used it, all day on?
if i fan how many times a day and for how much time?
all info you whant to tell me is very apreciate.

Everything sounds right, except for the bubbler, this could provide too much humidity. My suggestion is to just run an air hose in there, always on. Fan 2 - 3 times a day. Mist the casings lightly once a day, stop misting as soon as pins appear. Shouldn`t be long now. One other thing, the casing surface should never be 100% colonized, this risks overlay. You may want to drag a clean fork thru that mycelia.

Airhose, the 1/4 inch tubing that runs from your airpump to your bubbler. I just let the loose end hang in the aquarium.

OK I UNDESTAND , BUT THE AIR FROM THE AIRPUMP, IS DIRTY I MEAN, IN MY ROOM I SMOKE AND FRIEND, AND THEIR IS ADOG, ACAT. SO HOIW CAN I DO TO CLEAN THE AIR? CAN I PUT THE AIR PUMP IN A CLEAN CONTAINER WITH A PAPER TOWEL ON TOP OR IT WILL BE DIRTY .
