President Bush on Speed?

I'm watching his speech right now and he's jawing very noticeably every time he stops talking. I've never seen him do it before today so i know it's not just one of the stupid facial gestures he tends to make, unless it's a new one or something. He's been steadily grinding for the past 30 minutes, although he is starting to do it less and less. Is anybody else seeing this shit?
Maybe his advisors slipped him some ups so that he wouldn't look like such a tired old lady like he did in the debates? Or maybe the stress of the election and all the "hard work" he does has sent him into a crack relapse.

I don't mean to slam on George-W, but when I saw him during the debate I wondered the same thing... he looked to me like somebody that was coming down from a binge, and I have seen more tweakers than I care to admit.
I am fairly middle of the road and don't care for either Bush or Kerry. Anybody from the Bush camp want to chime in on this one? Was he just extremly tired and nervous, or were the jitters and drawn out look from drug use (prescription, obviously)?
