1. do copelandia cyanescens bruise blue? I found a batch of what looks like them growing in cow dung...but no immediate blueing...
2. If you saw fairly fresh cow dung covered with shroom pinheads (i think cubes)at 11am on Monday. When would you harvest considering it has been daytime highs @83 and nighttime lows around 60degrees? Also, it is pretty much in the shade.

I can only answer question 2 My experience with cubies is that you should go back and pick them that next morning. Give them some time to drop the spores for furthur generations unless you want to grow them yourself. For some reason, mushies will grow at different speeds, mabye because of what the cattle are eating. Just check on them in the morning
