Feild guides

I once thumbed through Gery Menser's "Magic Mushroom Handbook" and I think it had alot of mushrooms w/ incubation temps and detailed descriptions. The book is now out of print, but a much newer field guide is available by Menser. I can't find it at any bookstore and I was wondering if any one can tell me if it has incubation temps and the like.

this probably should be in mushroom hunting--but both of stamets books "mushroom cultivator" and "growing gourmet and medicinal mushrooms" has that kind of info
