I'm fairly new myself but I;ve read a lot here and had some experience of my own. It all depends on the substrate, the tek, terrarium conditions, etc. But my first time I used sea of shrooms tek, where you break 1/2pint cake in half crumble and case the 2 halves in cups. I got 25 wet grams in 1 of the cups. Or you could take 1 cake crumble it into straw and worm castings and fill a loaf pan or 2 and get way more that is psilo 187s tek.
