After my first EGO loss experience I was trying to get rid of my ego from everyday life. But experience proved it to not be the best idea.
Rather than fighting the ego in this material world where we have jobs, crazy people around etc it`s - in my opinion - better to have a HEALTHY ego.
Now, what is a healthy ego...?
To answer your question - maybe some tibetan masters/yogins could possibly acchive this, I dont know?

I ment to say, is it possible to be in full resonance with reality all the time?
That feeling you get after a trip, or meditation

they say anything is possible...
but that is a lofty goal, and it always seems out of my reach.
i often describe my life like im climbing something, or moving upwards, and i get to these great heights, beautiful states of clarity and being!
and then i fall down to where i began, and if i go higher next time, i fall even lower.
i am a bipolar buddha.
peace

"mmm...... die?" well thats the easy way out
For myself, I can stay in this state of mind, but it takes alot of work, im always adjusting reality to resonate with me(in my head), even the slightest thought could fuck it up
Can anyone here automatically doing this all the time? without trying?

It's all about letting go...
Seriously, "trying to rid the ego" for personal gain (i.e. - "I will be a great spiritual master if I do, and that'll be cool...") is in itself a disguised function of the "ego".
Isolate your true self (void) and let go of the illusions that sourround it and blind you from it (ego). It's not an action of forcing it away, but rather just letting it go as you realize it is not at all you.
This doesn't mean you can't continue to function in society (although many things will not appear urgent or necessary like they once did). You can still use your physical body in the same way, you can still consciously initiate subconscious programmed functions (ie- doing tasks), and you can still communicate with others. What differs is that you are no longer deluded into believing that you are anything other than this pure self (void). This includes not being your body, thoughts, emotions, feelings, ect.
Some will say there will always be a fragment of ego left in order to function. I say this is an excuse against further self improvement, or rather exposing the true self. Letting go is easy, it's the ego-attachment to things that makes the illusion of it being hard. Such things as, I must still love my family because others do and it's the 'right' thing. Rather, after these illusions pass, you'll find a new form of pure love, not just for family, but for everything.
With this comes a sort of detached meditative awareness, where you observe everyday happenings without 'automatic' subconscious linking to ego-attached values. Emotions no longer are real (and this is _not_ a bad thing), good and evil appear no more than fictional control devices, and so on...
Many will say "what's so good about this", "that doesn't sound that appealing", or "I just want to be happy". These are all aspects of the still existant 'ego' prolonging it's parasite-like existence on your true self (void). When you let all of the seemingly "good" pleasures go as well, as these too are mostly illusions, a greater pleasure than ever will wash over you.
Everyone is on their own when it comes to this. No person or 'instructions' can take the place of personal exploration or even prove to others that an egoless state is possible.
To add to this, people's definitions of ego vary too much for it to be useful in this manner.
Anyways, take care

Rather, "negative" is a term of subjective effect relative to someone who accepts the illusion of morality.
See, someone throwing a ball at my face may appear as a negative action relative to me. Now to them, it was a very funny sight, they got a few laughs and had fun, and for them it was a positive event. Obviously the event was neutral - just "energy" transformation on an objective scale - so obviously the moral labels come from the subjective nature of the individual, the 'ego'. Basically, people lose sight of the infinite interconnected framework of life and view only themselves as the effected fragment. This is the ego's function, prolonging self existance while deluding the observing self to believe it is the ego itself.
About the emotions, it's not quite a still ocean, but it's getting very close. Every so often the 'ego' pushes it's head up for a look when the true self is in times of sudden change, but it always recedes quickly and before the illusion of an emotion reaches it's destination. Basically, I'm close to emotion-less, but obviously a sudden event (like everyone I know being killed) might temporarily offset this, but that too is an illusion and I regard it as such.

That would mean a persistant vegetative state...not much of an accomplishment.

*shakes head*
You are conditioned into desiring to make a consesnus impact on reality, to 'accomplish' a lot. really, you sitting there, existing, is the most your true self will ever accomplish. the ego is tricky in that it makes one believe imagination is a 'waste of time', and that we must be 'functional members of society' ect. None of this matters, and believing it does or should matter is you own choice
And like I tried to say. The ego is not necessary for physical movement, this is a huge fallacy. This is an excuse for one to not want to deminish their ego's grasp on their own perception.
But whatever, you are you and I'm me, or atleast that's what we're told

To possibly have unconditional love for those that even do things of the negative sort would be very big of the person. Now if a substance could help that, in the end it could make for a better world even. If hate breeds hate, then things like war & just general pessimism live on...when extinguisted, there is no war & love takes over.
