Fruit it now and dunk after the flush is over if you want.

it isnt really tht important to dunk b the first flush as long as u can keep the humidity high while fruiting but it could be good for later flushes !!

haha i just said F it and fruited them....i think w/ the setup i have the humidity will keep it pretty well hydrated and the jars were still moist inside so its not like they were struggling for water anyways. thanks for the fast responses guys!

Fill up the jars and put the lid back on and it will be fine if you fill the jars fully with water. They should be fine for this flush though. You could have dunked the ones without the mushroom but you would want to remove the mushroom before dunking on the one cake. I know you already birthed, but future reference stuff.

After you birth them? Its not important though its not just the top and bottom, you should be rolling them in verm too. Take a wet (right after dunk or being sprayed) cake and spread out some dry verm and roll the cake around in it until its covered. Then spray down the verm to wet it down. You use dry verm because it sticks to the cake better. It's not needed but will get you bigger flushes. Try it for your second flush after dunking them.

i mean i could do this still w/ the cakes....if you think it will make a big difference in the first flush then i will do it. (same thing goes w/ the dunking.)

I've seen posts about dunking the cake in 1/10 h2o2/water mix and other posts that say just regular water. Which would be the more idel method?

i'd go with the h2o2 because it cuts down your chances of contamination.
