yeah there was a thread about this book a while ago.. I think somebody posted all or some of it or a link or something. You know those people who listen to really worthless music in genres like "japanese industrial noise" only because it's really obscure and not worth listening to? Having not read more than a paragraph of it and not knowing what it's about at all I can safely say it's for those people, only it's a book. Don't read it.
You have truly summed up my thoughts on many forms of art and music that I have yet to appreciate.
