the vines will do excellent on hydro. i have no experience with hbwr, but i dotn see why not. i have grown mg and rivea in straight water. ive heard of a few people saying salvia was easyish doing hydro, and i tried coleus with good success for a month.

Hydrophonics eh?
Well, some people say talking to their plants helps them grow better... maybe plants can hear better underwater. You should try it.
