help!
    #3209940 - 10/03/04 04:17 PM (12 years, 2 months ago)

Hey,what's up people?I got a question,if anyone can answer it.Ok,here's the situation,I live in north florida, and as you know there are shroomz everywhere, but the thing is,I live right on the coast. The nearest livestock fields are at least 30 miles away, inland from me.I've got some kick ass fields, but I have no car,and no way to get to them.Ocasionally I'm able to beg a friend to take me out there, but that hasn't worked for three months. And what is my question, you might ask, well I'll tell you.I came across a field up the road from me one day,and I waited untill it rained, and I headed out. There wasn't a single shroom of any kind in the field, and I've went a dozen times since then, and still not even any type of shroom.I was wondering if I get some manure out of that field, could I inoculate it with some old prints that I took a few months ago,out of my other fields.I've got quite a few cubensis prints, would it be possible to inoculate them?If it is possible, could someone tell me how to do it?I have no syringes, could I just split the manure into, and rub the spores inside?Well,I've taken enough of your time, but I would greatly appreciate it if anyone might no the answer to my question.Thanx

what you would want to do is.. figure out where the cows are getting fed and then take your print and introduce the spores into the food the cows eat and then come check the same field in later months.

well,do you think that will actually work,I do have quite a few prints.I know exactly where they are fed too,I think it's grain.Does anyone else know if this will work?I still need an answer to my original question though. If someone can help me,I'm all ears.

if you have prints, why not just make up some syringes, knock up some grain and start some nice outdoor patches

The same question has been asked multiple times.  If you want to introduce mushies into that field then what i said is your best bet to accomplish it.

colonize subtrate first .. wbs, rye, brf whatever.. then crumble that and mix into your poo and that will work, i don't imagine much success tossing spores into dung that's not what happens in nature. The cows stomache does the spawning and when it poops the poo colonizes from the grain/feed the cow ate with spores. Hope that helps some.
