HELP with identity

I did some trading with a guy he sent me three syringes(I can't find him now) does anybody know what vendor uses 1/2 in. (the light brown paper like stuff)wide masking tape to label there syringes

dimitri211, are the syringes 12 cc's? because your discription sounds kind of familiar with the label, But I am almost positive it's not who I'm thinking of.
