Tobaccy water for the critters and BAM! Pepper essence too!
    #3208399 - 10/02/04 11:42 PM (12 years, 2 months ago)

How do you make this stuff? How much tobacco should I use?

I figured that cig's would be less pure and potent than chewing tobbaco so I'll be using the chaw. Should I put it into a nylon stocking like a tea bag (thanks to my g/f. Hope she doesn't find out) and soak it in a jar before transferring to the spray bottle so no material makes it in to clog up my sprayer?

Add pepper? Do they have to be fresh or can I use powder or flakes?

Also, are all trich's active?

i just use a few fags in a cup (half liter) of water.  leave tehm in there for a while, half day or so, adn strain it in a cofee filter.  way cheapr than pantyhose (and no risk of a bitch fit ).

i dont use it much cause i dont liek the smell of cigarettes.  i liek soap the best except its messy and clogs the stomas which is no good.

I broke up and boiled 4 Cohiba minicigars in some water for about 10 minutes untill the water was dark brown, then strained, let it cool and put it into a mister. Those bugs died within seconds. Pretty neat.

pretty neat, and i love how people inhale what kills bgs in seconds.

was there much of a diff between minicigars and smokes? i always figures cigs would be better cause they have more toxins dumped into (so im told anyway). guess it doesnt matter, both are prbably pretty nasty.

As far as i'm aware, it's primarily the nicotine that kills the bugz....all the other chemicals would probably just leech into the soil and wreak havoc.

Besides, cigars are cheaper.

Cigars are cheaper and they use a more potent(more nicotine) part/type of leaf to make cigars. Thats why your mouth tingles when you smoke a nice strong cigar and not when you're puffin on some camels. Ever try inhaling a cigar? Bad idea. Very bad.

If you're going out buying cigars to make poison with, the darker the cigar, the more potent it will be(in most cases). 1 regular cigar should be plenty tobacco for a good amount of insecticide.

NO NO, use H2O2 its great for plants. Look up hydrogen peroxide on the net for the proper distilled water - H2O2 mixture. works with hyro and potted, can be used as folar spray.

H2O2 is harmless to plants and people in diluted forms, but rips thru pathogens.

garlic and red pepper water works good too.

i don't really like soaking my plants in in tobacco water...it does work pretty good though.
