Will my un-pc'ed jars be ok?

4 quarts of rye are being pc'ed (all the pc can fit) and 3 more are going to have to sit in the mini-fridge until tomorrow...they've been in the fridge since yesterday (first time using rye tek)..will they be ok or will they risk being overtaken by contam endospores that might have germinated in the soaking process?

As long as you PC them, a day in the fridge shouldn't matter.. Remember, germinated endospores are easier to kill than non.

Its just like soaking them but without the water. You might want to rinse and drain them first because they might be a bit slimey.
