I'm glad it's finally here.

we've currently got a bid in on a SUPERB duplex down
in el porto, right on the border between manhattan
and hermosa beach.

this weekend is make or break.

pray for me and I'll let you hippies come to the house
warming party....

I think Ripple needs to learn how to surf!

I think I'm buying a used toyota pick up tomorrow, not as cool as a duplex but hey..
I'm still undecided about it though, I'm a poor ass and don't really want another loan, I'm already paying off a student loan.. ahh, I am in constant limbo.

I don't know how I feel about that.

there's something inside that says hold out for a year or so,
let things cool down.

but I just don't know if it will happen...

beach property in LA will always be in demand, methinks.
