Yeah bush is definitely not a good speaker. It was kinda fun to watch him struggle so badly to form even the most basic complete thought. I wish Kerry was a stronger canidate.. actually I wish he would let people know he is and can be a strong canidate instead of letting the repub attack machine convince people he's a flip-flopping pantywaist.
Bush was definitely sticking to the idea of, "If I keep repeating my bullshit enough, people will think it's true". Which sadly is sometimes the case. Especially for the bible thumping nascar zombie (tm) demographic.

Oh - and don't think I think he wrapped up the election in 90 minutes tonight; I've learned never to misunderestimate my fellow American.
But after all of the shit of the last few months, it truly was a thing of beauty for those who understand what kind of person Kerry is, and who understand what kind of person Emporer Bunnypants is.

If we watched the same debate last night then I think Kerry came a LONG way in showing exactly what many of his "apprehensive" supports were wanting. He sounded, looked, and acted presidential. He was concise, answered questions directly with SPECIFIC policy and answers. Bush was impatient, angry, short, and retreated to the same mantras pushed by his campaign in the past.
Polling all across the country is showing that Kerry came out on top after last night's debate. If it is true what PEW was telling us and that 18 percent of voters could be swayed by the debate then last night was a RESOUNDING victory for the Kerry camp.
I saw President Kerry soundly defeating a failed leader in intelligent discussion on American's foreign policy, the war in Iraq, threats we face around the globe and the "War on Terror."
I've read and heard from so many people that considered themselves in the ABB crowd, but are now today solidy supporting and behind their candidate John F. Kerry! It's a massive boost in campaign morale for these folks that have been saying "Anybody But Bush" for the last 6 months.
