What is the best way to eat dry shrooms? They taste so nasty to me. I get an after taste the makes me gag. Any ideas on how to make them go down easier?

Well, I don't know what mushrooms you people eat; but I think some sorts of mushrooms are nasty as hell.
One thing always works for me though: grinding them into fine powder;
get an orange juice bottle (0.5l or so) and mix that shit together.
Shake it for like 10 minutes.
If you've done well; you should be able to drink it (orange juice cooled in the fridge and your nose closed with your finger) without major problems of gagging.
I use a straw actually; and I put the outer end of the straw almost directly in my throat; so my tongue doesn't have the chance to taste the nasty shit...

grind them up in a coffee grinder, mix powder into a small glass of kool-aid or juice, hold nose and drink. powdered mushrooms hit you harder as the psilocybin is thoroghly extracted by the body... mushrooms themselves are nearly indigestible, passing through the digestive tract mostly intact. don't eat atleast six hours prior to shrooming for best results.

I ground them as best I could and mixed them in some orange juice. Worked pretty good.
That's also true that mushrooms don't seem to be digestable. One time I puke while tripping and I combed through my vomit on the sink and found pleanty of caps and bodies of them. It was weird. It's like I was looking for proof that it was real and I really did eat mushrooms.

big glass of orange juice, throw the shrooms in your mouth, poor in orange juice chew and wash down, complete until shrooms are gone.

Here's my trick -- just prior to eating them cut them into bite size chunks with scissors. Then hold the bits in your mouth between your teeth so that they never even touch your tongue. Then take a great big gulp of milk or juice (anything you prefer, but I never suggest cabonated drinks) and wash those nasty beasts down. I don't really think the taste itself is that awful, but the smell and gag reflex I get when eating them is something I don't enjoy.

Yes if you dont like the taste, it isnt difficult to powder them into capsules.
And you can somewhat measure how many grams you are putting into your body (Well, you can always measure weight, you just cant measure the toxin).
I like mushrooms. All day all long. In any form personally.

The peanut butter sandwich is my choice method of eating dry mushrooms. I put like 2 grams worth of shrooms on one sandwich and didnt even taste them over the peanut butter.
Another good way is cook em on a pizza. I think the pizza method made me trip harder than I ever have in my life.

I ate them with spicy chips. the flavour really covers up the taste of the shrooms, if you dont like the taste of the shrooms in the ifrst place.

I find grinding them to be the best way of neutralizing the taste. I feel the texture is one of the worst things about dried shrooms, along with getting nasty bits of shroom stuck in your teeth. Grinding solves both.

I usually just take what I neeed to take and toss em back and eat them and wash them down with anything I can get my hands on. I know of people who put them in Bostom Cream donuts. I'm thinkin that would be enjoyable.
You could also grind em up and put them on a small square of toilet paper. Grab the 4 corners and twist them up. And you can take them back just like you would a cap. I use this method when I take E. It works faster cuz the pill doesnt hafta break down. But I guess you could use the same technique for shrooms. I donno. That takes to much time tho, when you can just eat em.

Pan Subbs taste SO MUCH like Portabellas to me it's almost funny. I can eat them one by one and never get sick to the stomach.
