Have you considered the symbology of this to yourself? Have you considered that you feel as if you beleive your dog feels and it's being externalized through this, dare I say, drama?

Are you feeling that if you set your dog free that somehow, you will experience some sort of freedom? I'm just asking that you think about this first.

If you don't care if the dog dies, then why should it matter to you if it also lives, in a home, with a family to love it and be loved by it?

Consider the people who can have have their lives changed for the better by caring for the dog and it's company. All it takes is a drive to an animal shelter.

I'm not about to judge you or your actions, I'm just asking you to consider these things.

I noticed this quote of yours posted in your ratings. Will you consider you said this at one time and probably felt just as passionately about it. Can you consider applying this wisdom of yours to the current situation?

A dead dog is no worse than a dead ant.

Time for the Swami "Dead Dog in the Closet Challenge". I will put a dead ant in my closet and you put a dead canine in yours and we will see which is worse after two weeks.
