After Innoculation

After innoculation.. do i put the tinfoil back on the lids or leave it off and expose the holes?

Put it back on and don't monkey with it until you see a good bit of growth then leave the tinfoil on and loosen the lids a little

remember, behind every great fortune there is an even greater crime

Do you have tape on those holes? If not I recommend surgical tape. (I believe that is the type)
